If the military is willing to front me a night at the Sheraton until we get this matter sorted out, that would be okay with me. But Ali is cheaper. And embedding me is cheaper still -- considering how much free publicity you have gotten from me in the past and will, hopefully, in
the future.
And no, I did not get your call. And yes, I do not understand -- and neither do my various editors -- why I am not being re-embedded. Please get back to me with a plausable reason. Readership? No. Battle zone? No.

Exhibit 24: The Pentagon PAO then kindly advised me to go get a room at the Kuwait Sheraton, apparently at my own expense. However, since the average hotel room in Kuwait costs approximately $350 a night, the Starbucks was more in line with my budget so I stayed there:

Exhibit 25: I immeditely notified several Marine units in Anbar and got offers of sponsorship from them -- which I sent on to CPIC. Here is one from 1/7 Marines in Anbar:

I have contacted the RCT-5 PAO and asked him to try and help you embed with 1/7 again. I don't know how the process works, but if you can contact him or through the CPIC this may help speed the process.
