Exhibit 8: After I bought my non-refundable airline ticket and informed CPIC to this effect, I received the following e-mail, declining my embed: MNFI Mediaembed wrote:

I was just told by our PAO office at Corps, MNC-I, that they
will not facilitate your embed request. I apologize for the sudden
change, I just received the email. If you have any questions please let me
know and I will try and get them answered.
