America, Britain, and other rogue Western nations self-examine. State crimes are suppressed. Coverup is policy. So is unaccountability.
Turkel Commission members replicated Eiland. Coverup and deception followed. So did public relations duplicity. Whitewash substituted for fairness. It didn't surprise.

Two non-voting observers included David Trimble. He's ideologically pro-Israeli. He's a Northern Ireland unionist. He was associated with "Troubles" era death squad killings.
Retired General Ken Warkin was involved in covering up early 1990s Canadian government atrocities. They involved Canada's Airborne Regiment Battle Group in Somalia.
Turkel's report absolved Israeli criminality. It claimed besieging Gaza is legal. Saying so contravenes international law.
It claimed Mavi Marmara activists "intended to break (Israel's) naval blockade. By clearly resisting capture, (they) became a (legitimate) military target."It said Israel was "in compliance with (its unilaterally imposed) conditions for such a blockade."
