What we have established in this article series is spies for hire are assuming authority that falls under inherently government responsibilities. They consider most of the population to be irrelevant, which is why they have no problems turning Americans into Russian agents and line items on their invoice.

Harding, like every other person working for the Ukrainian government that is attacking US and western journalists, websites, and readers (readers spread articles on social media) are NOT the VOLUNTEERS they claim to be.
This is important to establish because according to the Tallinn Manual, being volunteers excludes you from responsibility for some aspects of an illegal combatant activity.
