Did We Learn Anything from the Pandemic?

 · We are powerful and capable of making our own decisions to survive and solve community problems.

 · We need democracy in all its glory to survive now and to have a voice in the future of this nation.

 · We can solve any problem if we work together.

We need to apply these lessons and the many others we learned during the pandemic to create a better and more sustainable world. To accomplish that, we need:

 · To create a new politics that supports, values, and protects every citizen while insisting on democracy at every turn.

 · To create a new economics that serves and supports the goals of democracy and equity.

 · To be pro-active, creating systems in preparation for future pandemics and other health issues as well as other potential problems such as global climate change.

 · To focus more on cooperative instead of competitive solutions.
