With solstice time stops and starts up to be renewed
It is time to recommit for light and life to continue
When the days are dark and dim we go within
We look for what is in the heart hidden ...

Time to find inner heaven and a reward they have earned
Sensing spring not far off and life coming back again
They take their leave and wait for spring to reawaken ...

So take God's blessings even if loved ones depart
