If nothing else, hopefully these lawsuits will force a legal definition of "what is a woman" that can be used not just in sport, but in other areas of society. Better hope for better judges than the IOC was willing to provide. The IOC seems to have just side-stepped the whole issue. The MSM has not gotten to the bottom of this controversy either and as a mostly unpaid journalist (Managing Editor at Opednews.com), I don't have the resources to dig deeper.
