The PAC would be progressive but not based on any specific causes or party affiliateion but on legislation that has negative Constitutional ramifications.

Future growth potential:
Extend to add other categories of legislation to the evaluation list such as criminal justice, consumer protections, economy, military spending, etc.
Extend same program to state chapters to monitor those state's legislatures in same way as the above program monitors federal law.
