We The American People must recognize and emphasize another
aspect that comes with Our Development and Declaration of Rights:
FOR EVERY RIGHT THERE IS A RESPONSIBILITY.
These Responsibilities serve to maintain a Fair Balance in the assertion and practice of Rights. They keep Rights from being abused; taken too far, unfairly applied, or disrespected"all of which would break down the effectiveness and value for Fairness and Justice in Our Society.
A National Standard Of Decency for Our Rights and Responsibilities.
A "Standard Of Decency Of American Rights" should be carefully
studied, deliberated on and constructed. This standard will identify and define
every Right AND its automatic companion Responsibility. It would help Us when
Rights seem to contradict each other, in the Individual and Collective Practice
of them.
Courts Of Rights Adjudication.
Every American Community should have a "Citizen's Community Court of Rights Adjudication""well trained in the developing New "National Standards of Our Rights and Responsibilities". The goal of such courts would be to expedite maximum possible Fairness to all Citizens and Members of American Society, when Rights come into positions of contention. These collective decisions will help to strengthen the "Standard Of Decency Of American Rights".
If the contending Rights are a situation where two different communities are involved then a "Citizen's County Court Of Rights Adjudication" should convene. It might be best for this County Court to be staffed by Citizens who are not resident in the contending communities"or not attached by Family ties, or Friendships to the contending parties. And, of course, such Citizens are well trained in the correct applications of the "Standards Of Decency Of Rights and Responsibilities" to these, hopefully, relatively rare occurrences of contentions between Communities' Rights. This system of Rights Adjudication can go up the social structure ladder, to the National Level, to where the "American Citizen Grand Jury" would come into action.
TWO BASIC KINDS OF RIGHTS:
(1) Inalienable Rights
(2) Alienable Rights
Inalienable Rights
Though so called Inalienable Rights can be interfered with by Finite Humanity or Other Beings of Creation, Inalienable Rights are ultimately diminished or taken away only by CREATOR"or one of IT'S vested Judicial Functionaries. (For example: "Ancients Of Days" -- the powerful Being that has the power to judge that evil beings no longer have the Right to Life"to continue Living"to continued existence.)
Humans have the ability to have interruptive effect on Inalienable Rights, but not the power to terminate or deny them.
Individuals can fail to achieve the goals of Infinite Life through "Bad Living Practices" and this circumstance does go against the Devine Plan for Eternal Career Soul Development. (See "Virtues", "Morality", "Ethics" and the "Urantia Book".)
The "Bad Living Practices" can also include the diminishment or curtailment of births, through "abortion" that produce living bodies for the insertion of Personality and Soul components. Less physical bodies = less Soul Development. However"please note:
