This new Bill Of Rights is intended to be Better than the preceding Bill Of Rights"further expressing Our Social and Individual Evolution, Our increased sense of Justice and Fairness and indicating Our Present State Of Sovereign Individual and Collective Being, in this Sacred Social Document. It will have more Rights declared. Any chance of achieving this should be based on, at least, some study of this complex subject. I do believe that it would be good to develop a Better understanding of "Rights" and how they should function in Our Society.

We have defined "Rights" as:

"Rights are legal, social, or ethical principles of freedom or entitlement; that is, rights are the fundamental normative rules about what is allowed of people or owed to people, according to some legal system, social convention, or ethical theory."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rights

I suggest that this be altered to read: "Rights are Legal, Social, Moral and Ethical principles of freedom, security and earned entitlement; that is, Rights are the fundamental normative rules, coming out of Sacred "The Golden Rule" about what is allowed of people or owed to people, according to some Majority Agreed Upon Combination of legal system, social convention, or Moral and Ethical Theory, or Ideology, that expresses the Wise, Educated and Well Considered Sovereign Will Of We The American People, as We Live Good Lives and Govern Our Nation."

That should about cover Our Definition of Our Rights, here in Our Sovereign Nation. All that is needed now is Majority Agreement from the rest of You.

I believe there are endless systems of "Rights", or "Entitlements" throughout all Creation. Every Creature that embodies Moral Mind, probably has Rights. And this might hold True even though We, in Our Present Finite State of Evolutionary Development, might be incapable of recognizing certain Infinite Manifestations of Mind, that might not be "Moral".

Rights, or Entitlements, for the most part, sometimes come about on their own, in the Evolutionary Process Of Creation. Sometimes it is said that "It is Our Right, because that is always the way it has been." (I, or We, have always eaten when We could) But there is a "higher Level" from which Rights can become. A level that declares that this is a Right not because it was "always that way", but because It Should Be This Way. This is the Moral and Ethical influence on the development of Rights process.

Rights have to be an increased awareness in Mind and Emotion and be declared as a dependable part of "Our Planetary Life Package Of Good American Citizenship". I mention Our Planet, in this, because Our Nation is only one of many and is part of the entire planetary Human system of Life. Our American Rights should be part of and in Balance with, the Rights of as Many other People's as "qualify" for these Rights.

Beware of claims of Rights to territory.

The Rights Of Creation and the Spiritual Realm.

I believe that all Systems of Rights in Creation and the Spiritual Realm, should not be Our immediate concern. These Other Systems Of Creation have their own advocates, guardians and adherents. But We probably have, at least a few, Rights in common with the Spiritual Realm, because Rights are one of the outcomes of the Learning of and Practice of, Justice and Fairness in Creation.

Knowing Our Rights, to the best of Our ability, helps Us to stand up for what is Right. Correct Knowledge of Rights gives Us "Ground to stand on" in Our assertion of Rights.

Our Rights, in Our Finite Realm, are an extension of and inclusion of, the Systems Of Rights In Creation.

"White" male. 70 years old. Politically an eclectic, (confused?) mix of Conservative and Progressive. Have a dislike for capitalism, as it is practiced in the United States and as it is used to promote the tyranny of the new world order. (more...)
