You really are crazy and a subversive. I shouldn't even be talking to you.
Or like how free speech is not allowed in public, but, rather, in a fenced-in area called a "free-speech zone", miles away from where anyone exercising said speech could reasonably be afforded the expectation of the right to petition government for redress of grievances?
Free speech is only free if you say the right thing. Or have money. Who in his right mind doesn't understand and accept that today?
Or like how members of Congress, pandering to the NRA and other gun crazies, want people to have the right to carry guns anywhere, but these same members of Congress are totally against people being allowed to bring guns into the Capitol building?
Hey, their personal safety is involved!
What about like how they don't mind supporting drug testing for all workers, or social welfare recipients, but when people call for drug testing them, as elected public servants, it's an insult to them and an affront to civility?
Well, there's drug abuse and then there's drug abuse. Can't you see the difference?
Oh, you mean like how when poor people do it, it's a crime, and they should be sent to prison and severely punished, but when someone like, say, Rush Limbaugh, does it, it is an unfortunate addiction worthy of compassion and rehabilitation?
Hey! No one forced those poor people to do drugs! They did that on their own, and they caused their own problems!
And Rush?
Why are you so judgmental? Don't be so judgmental!
So should we attack Saudi Arabia? That's where most of the hijackers came from, that's who financed 9-eleven, that's where the most fundamentalist Muslim extremism starts.
No! That's crazy! They're our ally!
What if Israel told us to do it?
That would be different.
Oh, you mean like a catch?
