[1] This is the second of a series of papers on how to improve higher education in Oman by focusing on a shift on how the country evaluates its students, instructors, and institutions. In the first papers, written for Best Practices in Teaching and Learning, Musanna Conference( 7 May 2012), the author, Kevin Stoda focused on Group evaluations that support and clarify professional practices and soft skills for students,
