Buttressing the campaign are the usual celebrity suspects wearing mustaches including rocker Sheryl Crow whose involvement is particularly ironic in light of her recent battle with breast cancer and milk's proven ability to increase the risk for same.5

Once the milk diet is discredited, maybe the milk industry will say the manure lakes, effluvial runoff, black flies and dead fish generated by its dairy farms are good for the environment. Or that its mastitis-ridden downer cows and crated veal calves are treated humanely.

It won't be more of a stretch.
