Anderson
believes in free secondary schools. Every capable child should have the
opportunity to enter a community college, if not a local university. There are
ways to evaluate successful schools and teachers, and to emulate these. We must
seriously put children first.
Instability in the Middle East puts
every nation at risk. The United States
finances Israel
and its military. The influence of AIPAC
has been destructive for the peace process overall. Global rulings now in place
could and should end this promptly.
We can bring Iranians and Americans together. Hundreds of thousands of Iranians showed massive
sympathy and support for Americans after 9/11.
We are stronger and more secure when we promote good will with other
nations.
