The final segment is about those who follow demagogues and participate in the cult of personality. Demagogues nearly always are about self-aggrandizement and have a plan to get power and keep it. They devise systems demonizing those that disagree with their plan and deifying and rewarding those who agree. They thrive on publicity and on the true believers and others who blindly accept their precepts, forming a cult of personality consisting of "useful idiots" who will carry them to power.
The real choice is to refuse to participate in a system that requires you to accept and play the role of "useful idiot" to survive. Additionally, it is to refuse to allow the "useful idiots" under the control of a demagogue to become dominant.
The role of "useful idiot" has no place in a democracy.
