A Florida pastor who took his 11-year-old daughter to a
campaign-style rally for President Trump said he hoped the event would serve as
a civics lesson -- but that it turned instead into a spectacle where "demonic
activity was palpable."
..."People were being ushered into a deeply religious experience," Tooley
wrote, "and it made me completely uncomfortable.
I have been in places and experiences before where demonic activity was
palpable. The power of the Holy Spirit of God was protecting me in those
moments and was once again protecting me and my daughter in this moment.
what I felt from his leadership in this experience was actually horrifying.
There was palpable fear in the room. There was thick anger and vengeance. He
was counting on it. I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say that it would not
have taken very much for him to have called this group of people into some kind
of riotous reaction.
Pat Robertson, Jim Bakker and a number of right-wing televangelists would certainly have felt the spirit of Jesus Christ at the rally, making it indeed a "deeply religious experience."
Trump The Black Hole - Tony Schwartz(4) on Trump
From the very first
time I interviewed him in his office in Trump Tower in 1985, the image
I had of Trump was that of a black hole. Whatever goes in quickly disappears
without a trace.
Trump's need for unquestioning praise and flattery also helps to explain his
hostility to democracy and to a free press -- both of which thrive on open
dissent.
So in the White House:
a black hole
a total lack of conscience and remorse
a charisma/magnet for hostility and violence
