Resolved: The Charter School Division shall report monthly the current overallocation fees owed by charter schools.

Resolved: Since the loan forgiveness of $7,678,022 and the delayed payment terms were not approved by the LAUSD Board, they are not legally binding.

Resolved: Any future payment plans must include the assessment of interest from the time the debt was incurred. The interest rate shall be in line with what a bank would charge for a business loan.

The Charter School Division shall immediately commence a revocation process with closure effective at the end of the school year.

Resolved: The LAUSD schools affected by these unpaid balances shall immediately have access to their share of the fees after presenting an updated budget approved by their School Site Council.

Resolved: Any charter school not currently operating shall have its past-due balance turned over for collections.

Resolved: The salary of the current Director of the LAUSD Charter School Division shall not be increased or his contract extended until the entire debt is paid in full.
