I have had my share of issues with the rulings of Hon. Judge Carlos Murguia that seem to prevent the important federal antitrust regulatory scheme from controlling the monopolistic inflation of costs in hospital supplies But right now, with this ugly move by the state where Dr. Tiller was assassinated, he is all the hope a woman in Kansas has. More power to him.
