P.A Julie did in fact investigate and found that I had never ever seen any Doctors period and even wrote a letter stating that but Nebraska Medicaid pushed that aside with other plans for me.
My wife brought home another letter from Nebraska Medicaid stating that I was on a lockdown and could not see any Doctor or fill any prescription and that I could only go to the emergency room which Doctor Shuey was in charge of and that id stay on the Nebraska Medicaid lockdown until I had an over the phone hearing.
I was bedridden & ill for weeks and had no strength or appetite and was losing weight,on the day of the hearing I was so weak that I had to crawl on my hands & knees to the phone.
It was with an Nebraska Medicaid Attorney,Nebraska Medicaid State Pharmacy Personal and a Nebraska Medicaid Judge and all that I kept asking was please name one Doctor that ive went to and they could not,10 days later I recieved a letter stating that I was found guilty of Doctor Shopping for narcotics and that I had to be locked in with one doctor and use one pharmacy,The letter also stated the names of the Doctors three whom worked with Doctor MCcellen at the Beatrice medical center whom ive never seen or even heard of and that Chiefs Drugs Pharmacy testified over the phone that id seen these Doctors,
I called Chiefs Drugs Pharmacy and talked to one of its owners Mike and he said that he was not going to talk about it and hung up on me and then we found out that the guy whom made the mistake was transfered to Davenport Iowa pharmacy the day after he apologised and admitted he had made a mistake but to save face Chiefs Drugs Pharmacy had to stick with the original story,I was so damn angry but I was getting sicker and sicker,I locked in with PA Julie and she gave me a 200 mg injection of testosterone but my testosterone wasn't budging.
My ears had been infected for over a year now and finally Doctor Jackson let me see an ear nose and throat Doctor whom found out I had TMJ or arthritis of the jaw that was causing my severe ear aches from the car accident that crushed my jaw and messed my back up so bad that id be disabled the rest of my life.
Doctor Jackson however would not let me get more than 200 mgs a month of Testosterone and we knew something terrible was wrong!
We were still fighting the Corrupt Nebraska Medicaid and the ilegal Lockin we were writing every congressional leader in Nebraska but my condition was worsening so P.A Julie set me up for an appointment to see an Encrinologist and he quickly put me on 300 mgs of testosterone and prescribed me 300 mgs of testosterone every 10 days and did more blood tests and it came out positive for Addisons disease but he still wasnt 100% sure.(Addisons Disease is rare, only 1 out of 100.000 people are diagnosed with it) and the Endocrinologist had never dealt with Addisons Disease before.
Doctor Jackson found out and went berserk,He sent P.A Julie to work at a small clinic in cook NE (Correction,Tablerock NE) and took over my whole case and then vetoed the Encrinologist prescriptions telling me that id have to weigh 400 pounds before id get anymore than 200 mgs a month of Testosterone,The Encrinologist quit seeing me because Doctor Jackson would not let him treat me.
I was suffering severe ear aches for over a year and bedridden for the most part of a full year,My whole body was in more pain than ive ever felt.
