No! Do NOT call in the clowns. They’re already here . . . ignorant, dangerously stupid, and en masse. And I am so damned depressed that the ignorant, dangerously stupid clowns are in such numbers, on both sides, and who thereby present such an incredible peril to this country. Only a Franz Kafka or a Stanley Kubrick could concoct such a nightmare . . . And perhaps even they would fall short of a task that is now reality in America.
