Ultimately we come to infinity. The question then becomes, "how can the infinite exist side by side with itself?"
The answer? "It doesn't."
The holographic nature of the universe is not something that was originally discussed by physicist David Bohm and neurologist Karl Pribram. It goes way back into human history. Consider these lines by William Blake:
To see the world in a grain of sand
And eternity in an hour.
Can you see that within yourself? Are you not more than a grain of sand in your manifestation?
Yes, the part is the whole and the whole expresses itself in the part. This knowledge was also known in ancient times. As such, Genesis 1:27 of the Bible states that Yahweh (I AM) created humanity (and all creatures I would add) in Her image, "male and female created He them!"
This understanding of the holographic nature as put forth independently by physicist David Bohm and neurologist Karl Pribram is giving birth to a new and ancient way of seeing the universe and our relationship to it.
