Don't you hate being described as a cancerous cell instead of being Nature's / God's most wonderful creature?

Yes, I am hearing my wife's voice signifying she is getting upset with me regarding using cancer as a metaphor for human activity. From my vantage point, it's natural to get upset when we hear negative views about ourselves. But, it's a hard nut to swallow that, instead of being Nature's/God's favorite baby doll, we are a cancerous cell". a monstrous growth destroying all of creation!

Can we transcend being a dis-ease? I think so. We can foster a spontaneous remission.

We can become at-ease. And we don't need a drill instructor to tell us to be "at-ease." We can do it ourselves, thank you very much Sargent.

Charles Eisenstein also thinks we can be at-ease. But, like a person who is addicted to alcohol, we have to admit there is a problem, a disease. We have to admit to our dis-ease in order to become at-ease. People like Eisenstein help us to realize the problem and its roots and what we need to become healthy again.

Yes, a More Beautiful World truly is possible.

Charles also wrote a third ego bursting book titled The Ascent of Humanity: The Age of Separation, the Age of Reunion, and the Convergnce of Crises that is Birthing the Transition.

Ah, the term crisis is in this subtitle. Crisis is a wonderful word if you look to the Chinese insigne for it.

Consider the following exert from Living Chinese Symbols

Is "danger" plus "opportunity" equal "crisis" in Chinese?

Is the Chinese symbol crisis made up of "danger" and "opportunity" as is often quoted?

First of all, the Chinese symbol crisis is not one symbol but two.

The symbols for crisis in Chinese are made up of two words:

They are pronounced wei ji.

wei means "danger; peril".
