If we want more choices, we must open a path for those who wish to serve us. This plan is funded with $7.00/year from individual IRS tax filers. That generates over $2.4 billion for predictable financing of Federal campaigns in a four-year election cycle. Perhaps some of our legislators would like to give up fundraising and retain their independence. Give them a choice, too. They're on our payroll.

This plan finds guidance in the speech Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. gave on April 4, 1967, at Riverside Church in New York: that we must transition from a thing and profit-driven society to a person-oriented society. Extreme materialism and militarism are leading to shameful and immoral violence and co-annihilation.

These leaders wanted all segments of society to be treated as equals. Long ago, Americans built a strong, shared economy. To this day, whenever people are in distress, Americans leap forward to search for missing persons, rebuild damaged communities, and provide aid around the world. These are the values we can build upon.

Imagine going beyond being a party voter to a community voter.
