These statements are proven in a series of peer reviewed publications along with Op Ed's ([My most recent writings are:] "Why is Aiken Covering Up Drinking Water Hazards and Water Main Destruction? Were People Killed? Is There Corruption? ", "Public Service: Have You Been Sickened by Aiken Drinking Water: Cryptosporidiosis, Legionella, E. Coli, or Listeria", and "The Aiken Diseased Water Coverup is Enforced by the South Carolina Government.".'
Aiken's Response to Accusations
The Aiken Mayor sent the following response, which included further misstatements of fact.
'Good evening
I have received all of your emails.
I understand you want to make your point about water hammering.
I would suggest you make appointment with our new city engineer to discuss your concerns and he can give you the city's position.
There is nothing more I can do to champion your cause.
I have no support from city council and I am going to tell you that you are mistaken about some of the allegations you are making against our City Manager and your comments are on record and do not match your disputes.
You are always welcome to voice your opinions to me and you can also attend city council meetings on a regular basis and speak during the public comments portion.
You had mentioned you were hoping to fix other municipalities perhaps you will get more support there.
Again thank you for your perspective.'
More False Statements
In the above letter, the Aiken Mayor falsely claimed that my comments are on record and do not match my disputes. Such a statement is an outright lie, i.e., a feeble and false attempt to justify the lies supported by the Aiken puppet government. There are no such records as documented in my many publications. The City Manager lies to the Mayor and the community, and the Mayor protects those lies.
