Jerusalem, October 03 - Appeal was filed in the Supreme Court on Sunday - Zernik v State of Israel et al (7631/17) - pertaining to faking and hiding of e-signatures by Judge Abraham Heiman, related to the detention of bloggers Lori Shem-Tov and Moti Leybel under State of Israel v Shem-Tov (Detainee) et al (14280-04-17) in the Tel-Aviv District Court.
The Appeal originates in Judge Heiman's decisions, after purportedly serving an unsigned August 15, 2017 Protocol [minutes], while refusing to denying access to inspect its lawful e-signatures.
