NSC power increases in effort to regain control of X-Files

Jim Jones on Sunday announced that the NSC would receive new powers and be expanded, with strong leadership from the top. This is an effort by the Executive branch to find out what's hidden in the far reaching corners of the military-industrial complex. This is an important institutional step forward to regain control of classified programs from the corporate sector.
