Rob Kall has spent his adult life as an awakener and empowerer-- first in the field of biofeedback, inventing products, developing software and a music recording label, MuPsych, within the company he founded in 1978-- Futurehealth, and founding, organizing and running 3 conferences: Winter Brain, on Neurofeedback and consciousness, Optimal Functioning and Positive Psychology (a pioneer in the field of Positive Psychology, first presenting workshops on it in 1985) and Storycon Summit Meeting on the Art Science and Application of Story-- each the first of their kind. Then, when he found the process of raising people's consciousness and empowering them to take more control of their lives one person at a time was too slow, he founded Opednews.com-- which has been the top search result on Google for the terms liberal news and progressive opinion for several years. Rob began his Bottom-up Radio show, broadcast on WNJC 1360 AM to Metro Philly, also available on iTunes, covering the transition of our culture, business and world from predominantly Top-down (hierarchical, centralized, authoritarian, patriarchal, big) to bottom-up (egalitarian, local, interdependent, grassroots, archetypal feminine and small.) Recent long-term projects include a book, Bottom-up-- The Connection Revolution, debillionairizing the planet and the Psychopathy Defense and Optimization Project.

...a mish-mash of nonsense...the sound is also bad...that's a no-no for this kind of thing...

Anyone who thinks "trump" or "voting" is even remotely "the problem" in the US has at least ten years of studying to catch up...

The power structural realities are the problem...and Trump has nothing to do with that...the "people" can "vote" for this or that, but the Dark Power marches on...if Clinton had won, would things have been "better"...?? -- It would just have been a bit more comfortable for the Dark Power establishment...

For assurance, the Dark Power will always select their man on the ticket as VP.

(Kind of like having a 'just-in-case easy opening' package, much the same as what you keep in your kitchen pantry, ready to zip open in a Minuteman's moment .)

Not sure that I would trust Greg Palast on anything anymore, like Michael Moore he seems to be just shilling for the Democrats.

The Best Democracy that Money Can Buy is the book that got me politically active but Palast has gone to seed and no longer is a trustworthy source.

Sucks but it is what it is.

That kind of nasty talk is pure BS without details that are supported. Did you listen to the interview. I don't think so. Either way, if you have issues with Palast, say what he's done and support it with links. Otherwise you are simply attacking a person I think is a good man-- someone I've found to be consistent over the 14 years since I started interviewing him.

To reiterate - from a previous post -: So glad to see you giving Greg Palast "air time". He's a wonderful lecturer and a brilliant writer. See him if you can.
He's one of the most important voices in journalism - along with Chris hedges.
He did a BP expose on exactly the same well off the coast of Azerbaijan in the 90's with exactly the same results. Bribes covered it up.
When I think about what's happening to us - to the sense of our "commons", to the pride we used to take in being "together" - as flawed and fractured as it always was, my hearts aches. And, at the same time, I'm enraged at the selfish nihilists who hate that our "sense of self" has been expanding to include Black Americans, and Native Americans, and endangered species,, and clean air & water & land, and the whole spectrum of identity - sexual included, and who are violently fracturing our country & culture. I'm enraged at a party - the republicans - and a culture - "conservative" who use every spiteful, nasty and threatening strategy to turn things back to the way they were in the 50's, 40', 30's - and beyond.
This criminally stolen election has to be nullified and the popular winner sworn in - or a 2nd election held. I prefer the former, even though what I'd really like to see is Cornell West in the Oval Orifice, or, at the very least Bernie Sanders. Either one should hire Dave Chapelle as press secretary.
Maybe what's happening right now is just a last, dying gasp of ugliness before a renaissance.....
When the stress gets too dispiriting, I recommend a Manhattan and a joint and an hour long Erroll Garner video.

Isn't it that Clinton's Dimocrat supporters stole the primary election from Sanders...which led to the disaster we now have?
There would have been a Democrat (Sanders) in office now if it were not for the Democrats.

Greg Palast exposes the "dirty little secret" of American politics. The fix is in. Hopefully finally people will catch on and do something about it. If not we will be stuck with Trumps for ever.

Palast criticizes American journalists and media outlets for not pursuing the truth about election theft and about the child abuse by priests in Boston. Palast is correct, but it's clear why journalism fails us: they're losing money and can't afford to do journalism. And they're dependent on rich people and advertisers for funding. (Consider that Jeff Bezos bought the Washington Post.)

Add.... that when "Public" broadcasting accepts one dime of NON Public Private funding, it is no longer Public. "Partly Public" perhaps...but not public. Oil in water can no longer be called "water".

If N"P"R or a local "public" station solicits funding via snail mail with claims about it being public...that's mail fraud. If no one takes that to court....that's a problem.

The intervew brings out the underlying ' secret of Trump and republic victory. Democrats too have contributed a lot to the electoral losses to their party by rejecting presendial candidature of Sanders

I have followed Greg Palast for years. His documentary is mind-blowing, his integrity is beyond question. You do a great service to truth by interviewing him.
