This should end all debates on crimes committed by the last administration's use of torture - read the existing laws on the books and there it is in black and white for all to see. Look at all the documentation and events that show illegal activity and proceed from there. This applies to everyone in and out of government.
This should end all debates on the economy - everyone seems to agree that the SOB's that ran our 'too big to fail' crime syndicate banks caused the economic destruction of the worlds economy, so why not just confiscate every single thing they own inside and outside of the United States (just like all the other criminals and drug dealers have happen to them when caught). It seems that the RICO is used against everyone else, so why not these crooks too. And in doing this -- we now have all the tax dollars returned to us - the taxpayers. This RICO should be used against everyone that aided and abetted the criminal bankers - in and out of government.
