Confirmation & Update on Secret UFO Meeting at UN

by Michael Salla, Ph.D.     Page 1 of 2 page(s)

Tell A Friend

I recently circulated an article describing a secret meeting that allegedly occurred at the New York office of the United Nations discussing UFOs/extraterrestrial life. The confidential source for the meeting is presently working as a member of the diplomatic community who relayed this information to two New York based researchers, Shawn and Clay Pickering. I am pleased to announce that I have received independent confirmation that the alleged meeting did occur on the morning of February 12, 2008 as Clay’s and Shawn’s source claimed. I was also given information by an independent source, who I believe is very reliable, on what transpired at the meeting. It was claimed that a document had been circulated at the meeting, and was now being relayed to key ministries of many nations for further study and comments.

I have yet to witness the document which allegedly refers to an offer by extraterrestrials to help prepare humanity for the disclosure of extraterrestrial life. The meeting also apparently discussed how the UN was being encouraged to take a proactive stand on the release of secret technologies that will enable the development of free energy. The date 2013 was given as the time when extraterrestrials would unambiguously appear. This was consistent with the date given in my earlier article. I will share more information on the alleged document circulated at the UN meeting and the independent source confirming the meeting in my next communication on this unfolding UN initiative on UFOs/extraterrestrial life.

What follows next is a report of a further meeting between Clay and Shawn Pickering and their confidential source regarding the UN meeting on UFOs held on the morning of February 12, 2008. They pointed out that the “unambiguous showing up” of extraterrestrial life – sitting over major cities - would occur in 2017, rather than 2013 as described in the earlier article. The role of religion and population growth was also allegedly discussed, and appeared to raise many issues at the meeting, especially for India.

A significant descriptive term chosen by Clay’s and Shawn’s source for the extraterrestrials that would show up in 2017 was “The Controllers.” Such a term has clear psychological connotations and was chosen to have a particular effect on the target audience – both UN member states in attendance and the general public to which the information was being leaked. This is a clue that Clay’s/Shawn’s source is conveying information that has been designed to trigger a certain psychological reaction that influences how issues are framed and discussed.

Another aspect of the following report is that it was claimed that India would have a difficult time processing disclosure of extraterrestrial life, possibly leading to the elimination of Hinduism. This appears inconsistent with India’s long tradition of advanced technologies and extraterrestrial life in its Vedic texts, and multiplicity of gods. If, as the confidential source claims, that Roman Catholics will have an easier time with disclosure due to the belief of “three Gods in one”, so too might a religion like Hinduism which has a multiplicity of gods and is very eclectic.

I believe that the mention of India as a country that might experience disclosure problems is likely a fabrication intended to confuse disclosure related issues. When combined with the use of the descriptive term for extraterrestrials, “The Controllers” designed to trigger a particular psychological reaction and lead discussions in a certain direction, the possibility that the information is being relayed through an intelligence agency with considerable expertise in manipulating human psychology cannot be discounted. In the earlier message (February 13), Clay’s and Shawn’s confidential source referred to an Admiral who was the ultimate authority for disclosure of the UN meeting to UFO/exopolitical community. Is this evidence that the Office of Naval Investigations is involved in the UFO disclosure initiative at the UN, or at least filtering information to be released to the UN/general public?

Most interesting for me was contrasting the agenda of the meeting revealed by Clay’s and Shawn’s confidential source, and what I had been told by my independent source. My independent source focused on issues concerning the release of restricted technologies for new energy sources and a document for feedback, while Clay’s and Shawn’s confidential source focused on population growth and religion. Curiously, Clay’s and Shawn’s source did not mention any document being circulated to UN member states for feedback.

In conclusion, I am now satisfied that a meeting took place at the UN headquarters in New York of February 12 to discuss the issue of UFOs and extraterrestrial. What transpired at the meeting itself appears to differ according to the confidential source Clay and Shawn have cited, and the independent source used to confirm the meeting. The emergence of the alleged document circulated at the meeting and relayed to key ministries of other nations will help considerably in clarifying what was discussed. The possible role of the Office of Naval Intelligence in filtering information that is being related through Clay’s and Shawn’s confidential source is something that cannot be discounted when considering what was specifically discussed at the UN meeting. I look forward to reviewing any documents circulated at the meeting to get a better idea of the agenda issues discussed involving the role the UN would play in public disclosure of extraterrestrial life.

UFO Meeting at United Nations

Please note that there is no email address or contact information to contact / collaborate the information in this story deom the authors source.

On a scale of 0 - 10, 0 being the lowest and 10 being the highest, I give this story a -5. To coin the lady from the Wendy's commercial, "where's the beef."

I have learned through experience that reports from this source cannot be considered as reliable.

Reply: Reliability..

You will never be able to get any kind of reliable, citeable source on any material of this kind.

But how reliable have the news reports (with many citations) been concerning our involvements overseas? Not very, to say the least. We are bombarded by lies that cite liars who are reporting on falsehoods. Because of this, I would be more hesistant to trust something that did actually have some kind of official stamp on it.

This article does not purport to be anything that it is not. It is leaked information and speculation as to what is going on behind many closed doors. I am glad that I can be privy to it, regardless of the lack of contact information and "reliable" sources.

Whatever comes of this, submission to UN rule should never be allowed. No matter what their "controllers" might be saying.

Reply: Confirmation of Sources

It's not clear to me which sources you want confirmation of? If it's Clay and Shawn Pickering, they are willing to discuss the accuracy of their reporting of the information relayed to them by their source while maintaiing confidentiality. Clay Pickering's email is: clay5star@yahoo.com.

As for the two inside sources mentioned in the article, for the moment, confidentiality is required. As you might appreciate, these are individuals with security clearances who have to ensure that they proceed in a way that satisfies the constraints upon them in leaking information of this nature.

However, I do encourage you to find alternative sources to confirm that the UN Meeting on Feb 12 went ahead, and that a document was circulated to attendees, and then taken to key ministeries of different countries. 50-60 people attended and received copies of the document(s) so I do not expect it will be too difficult to confirm these issues. If further independent confirmation of the meeting and document(s) is found, then that will help substantiate the accuracy of the information received so far.

It looks like two sources to me?  Clay’s and Shawn’s confidential source and what Dr. Salls had been told by his independent source.  The new post has Clay's email.  Slamming this story with "a -5 & where's the beef," seems a little premature to me.

Who gives the ailens the right to dictate to us anything. Advanced technology does not equate with advanced spritual or ethical actions.  They should be requesting permission from us to visit or even be here.  The CONTROLLERS?? These folks should keep on going to another place that wishes to submit to domination and Control!!!  Be very wary of this type of behavior.

Childhood's End

Arthur C. Clarke wrote about this in 1953. They (the aliens) would just come and set up shop over all the major cities in the world. Geez, it's deja vu, all over again! Not being facetious, but there are some visionaries amongst us.

UN UFO Secrets

I have a couple questions, which I think all should ask concerning the claims of the 'in the know' regarding this article should it indeed come to be valid in the future.

1)  "....the date when things heat up." (And just what is puposedly going to heat up may I ask and why? Is something not being said here?)

2)  "Controllers"? ...did I not just read in the article something about "The controllers have a keen sense of freedom and free will." (Is there something wrong with this statement?  Obviously they speak of their own and not ours?)

Many know there is something big in the works regarding the 'Alien' issue, a whispered for 'Cosmic Eyes Only' kind of something.  For instance, as reported this past week, what intel has had those employed at Skunk Works going into emotional 'meltdown' about a soon to come event/situation?  Grown men sobbing, too terrified to speak of it got my attention!  How bout you?

I believe we should ask, is this going to be an 'authentic alien' en-mass visitation?  Or are the 'men behind the curtain' just going to yank our chain, to fool and frighten the 'sheeple', by producing a grammy winning 'holographic show' of mass invasion to put the final nail in the coffin of global-national freedom and soverignty, or will it be just a faux rendition of the Second Coming? Repleat with Christ, angels and ET?

Satan."

Just Firkin GREAT!

2013?! What about what the Mayan calendar? December 21, 2012 man's rein on Earth ends! Where are the lawyers for the UN? Didn't they read the fine print in the documents coming from these slimy little green hucksters?

Damn-it! Someone get these "Controllers" back on the line! Move that date up! Heck, with all that's going down we can't wait another, 4 or 12 days, let alone years for the kind of help we need. By 2017, maybe even 2012, there won't be anyone to greet them when they land. Maybe that's the plan?

What's the hold-up? Hindus? Screw them! Let them get use to the idea along with the rest of us! Hell, what are they going to do? They're living in cardboard boxes wearing loin-cloth using a river as a bathroom for crying out loud! Is some alien technology suppose to be scared of them? What is this the battle of the Ewoks? I don't hear anyone worrying about the Muslims and it seems to me they're a lot more volatile than the Hindus. And to make the assertion Christians will make it easy after all the carnage they committed "in the name of God" is naive at best. If there's any one good thing that could come out of these little bastards exposing themselves it would be to make all current organized religions obsolete.

So hurry up! Tell us what to do to make it happen. Do we place tin-foil on our heads? Paint "come on down" on our roof-tops? What?

And if this is a condition - we're screwed ...

"ET will help, but we must show them that we intend to live within our constraints. If we don't show some semblance of intent, they simply will not help."

If ET is counting on us to get our act together before they help - we're doomed. The only thing mankind has shown himself to be good at is screwing things up. If ET thinks we're going to within 9 years reverse tens-of-thousands of years of idiocy, we might as well just get drunk.

Really, we are kind of stupid as bi-pedals go and will likely go extinct before we evolve and certainly before that Armageddon we have heard so much about on the History channel, arrives. Carl Sagan seemed to think it possible

that there were others out there, and I've always considered it a possibility myself. I don't like to think that the governments of the world would keep it such a secret, not trust us to handle it. I've also read several books that had so much blacked out information I had to wonder, if extraterrestrials aen't visiting, why does the government keep so much secret about UFO sightings?

I still don't believe or disbelieve. The idea still fascinates me, and I guess time will tell.

But wouldn't it be better if we didn't need someone else to tell us to stop nuclear armament, to take care of the environment, and not to overpopulate? Wouldn't it be nice if we just did all that on our own?

Missile defence shield

Does anyone know or have any idea about whether the United States is eagerly pursuing the missile defence shield because of anything to do with the possible extra-terrestrials? I always assumed the defence shield was bulit to defend against the rising power of other nations on earth.  Maybe the United States is building a missile defence shield under the guise of defending against other nations, when in reality they are covertly preparing a defence against extra-terrestrials.  Possibly the defence shield has the dual capacity to defend against terrestrial or extra-terrestrial attack, and provided that there were questions this week about why the U.S went to inordinate lengths to shoot down a satellite a few days ago, maybe it has something to do with extra-terrestrials. If the missile defence shield is related somehow to guarding against hostile extra-terrestrials, i am not clear as to what it means that the U.S. is not co-operating with all nations on earth, but is allowing-in a selection to be part of the protected. I always assumed humans would interact with extra-terrestrials as one- present one human front, one species, one to speak on behalf of all humans. But it seems the elect are few, and those few maybe harber some Christian eschatological vision.  I'm not sure what to make of this, other than it could all be wrong LOL.
