Moveon is sending out this song, encouraging members to view it and forward it to others. Over 150,000 have viewed it already.

It's quite moving.

Moveon writes:

Apparently it was made independently of the campaign""by Bob Dylan's son, director Jesse Dylan, and musician will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas.

It really moved many of us on the MoveOn staff. It's worth watching.

or here's the link.

Let them know, here, that  you saw it at OpEdNews, and give them a comment on the song and Obama.

Interestingly, apparently to avoid turning off the 30% of members who supported Hillary in their poll, they have offered a link so those members will be put on a list so they don't receive pro-obama emails.

An inspirational leader that comes along rarely

"Yes We Can" does not really say anything, yet I am picking up a subliminal message that,  if Obama gets in,  he will truly be a leader who inspires. Nothing less will turn this disaster around. Ted Kennedy et al obviously support him, and I believe and trust that they are the good guys ( Finegold, Leahy, etc.) and have the insight to back an inspirational  leader that comes along rarely, but sometime when critically needed.

Gandhi said that the good always triumphs in the end.
Maybe this is what is happening at this time.

To Negative Dead Beats,

Richard and You sound alikes on all these comments,

Criticism is so easy, but what are your solutions? Give us a few of your ideas. You don't like Romney, you don't like McCain, you don't like Clinton, you don't like Obama. What are you some foreign terrorist just trying to sabbotage the elections? Give us some altrnative ideas or shut up.

Good night, Rob, has this whole sight degenerated into anarchism. This is close to menatally sick.

Phil.

Phil the solution is impeachment

and the alternative is that Americans support torture, aggressive invasions and a unitary executive theory of the Presidency standing over them as a precedent.

A bit of excrement throwing at Americans jumping on the bandwagaon of ANY candidate that is not supporting impeachment is probably appropriate and interacting with those Americans on a level that they can understand.

Supporting ANY candidate that is already failing to uphold their oath to defend the constitution is self destructive and anti human and anti progressive however the hell one defines progressive.

Any American that supports a candidate not in favour of impeachment I consider an accessory to torture and aggressive invasion.

There is no frequent reader of this site that could claim not to be aware of the importance of impeachment.

If Americans will not uphold the law then the rest of humanity must by logic fall back on jungle law.  Morally, contemporary Americans may be about to JUSTIFY terrorism against themselves.

If you want to support Obama get Obama to defend the constitution as per his oath. Don't buy a pig in a poke. Don't buy a bullshit promise and then claim that you were lied to because you did not do your due diligence beforehand.
