Ileana Ros-Lehntinen, a Congresswoman from Miami, in defiance of US law, has called for the assassination of a foreign head of state. Perhaps this is why that idiot from Colorado called Miami a third world country.
The law is clear, any American who assists or encourages the assassination of a world leader, has committed a crime. Ros-Lehntinen not only named Fidel Castro, but also said that she would assist and/or encourage anyone to kill any other "tyrannical" head of state. Of course the definition of what constitutes a tyrant is very subjective.

I look at the entire Bush Administration, and all I see are tyrants and sycophants. If I stated, publicly, that I would support and/or encourage their assassination, I believe that the Secret Service would want to have some words with me.

I think that the full text of the law should be examined, and that we should push for appropriate action. If any of us remembers, many years ago, when Cubans in exile in Miami attempted to develop their own militia to complete an invasion and assassination, they were arrested and prosecuted.

I think that we all need to seek a legal examination of the ramifications of allowing this Congresswoman to continue in office. If Castro was to be assassinated...would the world court see the United States as a government that may have assisted in this criminal act? After all, Florida State Senator Bill Nelson was rebuked by this administration for meeting with the president of Syria several days ago. There is room for only one, "National Policy on International Relations", was an approximation of the words sent regarding Senator Nelson. At no time did he state that he would like to see any international head of state dismissed, finally and permanently. Nor did he imply that he would encourage anyone to do such a deed.

Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehntinen was very clear with her wishes and desires. Are they not contrary to our laws and policies? Is she exempt from the laws of our country? If so, why?
