In Florida, you can TRADE your absentee ballot for a regular ballot at your polling place, but cannot turn in your completed absentee ballot -- unlike California, where you can turn in your completed absentee ballot at your polling place.
In fact, Paul Lehto adds: According to paragraph 7 of the CA Voter's Bill of Rights (see attached*) in California you have the right to return your vote by mail ballot not only to your "polling place" but to any precinct in the county.
