The Matrix of Four Forms of Racism

According to the Hopi, there are red, yellow, purple and white people synonymous with the colors of corn.   Each color is related to an element and anyone can potentially lose their way and become two-hearted.   The term two-hearted comes from the Hopi concept that people originally have one heart and are good natured.   People who lose the way, or lose self consciousness, and succumb to greed acquire a whole other heart to feed.   According to Hopi belief, red people are the guardians of earth, yellow people are the guardians of air, purple people are the guardians of water and white people are the guardians of fire.          

    People have been subdivided and grouped into numerous more races than four, though we are all human, we are all one.   However for basic descriptive purposes four is enough of a distinction, for the only differences are shades, hues.   People are the same only appearing in different hues of man.   All of our differing traditions are all human traditions after all.   People are more similar than different.  

    Racist divisional groupings are so nuanced as to be seemingly unnecessary to anything save serving unconscious us and them notions.   People should be proud of accomplishments of their ancestors and self, but being proud for being born a certain way is highly questionable and hatred for someone born a certain way is despicable in its ignorance alone.         

    The duality of polarity is apparent in the universe, human tradition, philosophy and even our very biological makeup.   But these consistencies only point to its noteworthiness.   The main significance of the multicultural traditional celebrations of the matrix of four and the duality of polarity point to the fact that all men are brothers as an examination of how people think.   The matrix of four begins with assisting understanding as a cross reference system and as Occam's razor assisting understanding the totality of a subject or object.   Its power grows through the thesis, antithesis, synthesis, nullisis set, the fourth part representing expanded and unlimited alternative.   The political and social power of the matrix of four and the duality of polarity is in its deliberative ability to examine and understand the totality of a subject or object, even extremely complex ones, even those engrained into our very consciousness.

    The duality of polarity can be applied to understanding one of the oldest and most complicated social and political problems; prejudice.   And when one understand the totality of a problem one can fix it.   Prejudice stems from the ongoing problem that has plagued humanity forever, the problem from which all woes and wars originate; an undeveloped or lost consciousness or as the Hopi would say from having two-hearts.   An undeveloped conscious can be steered by shadows and made to be convinced prejudiced thinking and being is somehow correct, however prejudiced thinking is systemic of undeveloped consciousness or worse, unconsciousness.  

    It is our nature to question.   Only an undeveloped consciousness or someone who is unconscious would practice prejudice.   Prejudgment of any object or subject, especially the prejudgment of another human as complex as we tend to be is not our nature.   Prejudgment requires a level of certainty of unknowns, such certainty is the epitome of ignorance and the beginning of madness.   One either has lost or never developed consciousness and moreover one loses humanity in prejudice and prejudgment, for one has not only lost compassion for brother man, but has also lost or given up the ability to independently question and answer.   One already has a certainty for an answer.  

    Prejudice is a form of limiting doublethink.   The either/or mentality of separation is learned and nurtured, prejudice is not natural.   No one is born prejudiced, prejudice is taught.   People may be born with some sort of network in our mentality making it seem logical for people to place judgments and even understand things in us and them, but all people learn prejudice.   It may be part of our unconscious lower thinking, but it is not necessarily a tribal inheritance, as many tribes historically welcome newcomers, though certainly racism is primitive.   People think in polarity so the us and them mentality of prejudice is easily instituted, but prejudiced thinking is not a natural inclination unless one considers lost consciousness a natural state.   A natural inclination from where the us and them mentality might be primordially rooted is disdain for wrongdoers of the tribe, but is socially nurtured to be aimed at some conjured grouping of perceived outsiders.  

    Prejudiced thinking comes from lost consciousness and from becoming for all extents and purposes inhuman, two-hearted.   Prejudice arrives in many particular forms postured at peoples sometimes from the same area who seem similar to outsiders in appearance and belief.   Racism goes every which way and might be against one group of people or against multiple groups of people, but no matter its form it is nonsense as is every absolute prejudgment of every object or subject.   The specifics of prejudice vary wildly however through the duality of polarity there are four cardinal forms of prejudice amidst the many particular directions which it may be aimed, all flawed preconceptions.

    Prejudice of fellow human beings happens to be based on four base subjects, the specifics of which are near limitless as well.   The four categories of human prejudice are based on racial, religious, institutional/national and cultural heritage and history.   Mostly prejudice is simply based on the color of one's skin, or other inherited features, but sometimes it is much more nuanced and complicated than that.   No matter the variations human prejudice is based on these four categories.   

    These four categories form the set of prejudices people use to judge other people and with the duality of polarity the ways prejudice is implemented can be dissected and understood as well.   Like the Yin Yang and so many other sets of the duality of polarity there is one larger, more common polarity and a second pair of opposites which is less obvious.   Neither of these is more developed or distinct.  

    The most common type of prejudice is judging and acting against others because they are different.   The equally common type of prejudice, the contrast of the first type, is judging and acting for others because they are similar.   A less common and often overlooked type of prejudice is acting for others because they are different.   And the last and equally uncommon part is acting against others because they are similar.   Prejudice results in acting for or against others because of perceived differences or similarities, an unconscious us and them mentality.   Neither of these is more developed or distinct.

    One of the grandest problems on earth is prejudiced thinking.   And it can be extrapolated, dissected and better understood through the matrix of four and the duality of polarity.   One of the oldest factors enabling exploitation and war can be better understood, the us and them mentality, unconscious prejudice, two-hearted doublethink.   And when a problem is understood it can be solved for it is confronted and problems confronted are halfway solved for as soon as one confronts a problem it begins to unravel, such as confronting prejudice, prejudice stemming from lost consciousness.  

    Recognition of appearance is fine however judgment based on appearance is a show of ignorance and an inability to question and learn.   The Hopi conceived four different colors of people in relation to four different colors of corn and imagined people united as equal brothers, as one quad colored corncob.   Yet prejudgment, especially based skin color, shows ignorance in a scientifically verifiable way, for only the human eye sees colors as humans do.   Confirmation of differences in color is more confirmation of our relationship, our brotherhood, for all other eyes on the planet see differently.   No matter our hue, no matter our eye color, people optically sense the same.   The bottom line is people are more alike than different.
