On Thursday, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments over a case that shouldn't exist in the first place''birthright citizenship, which exists in plain text constitutional language, specifically in its 14th Amendment: 'All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.'
