The report cites new filings, indicating this effort aligns with his campaign to penalize judges who make rulings unfavorable to the Trump administration. 'The spending, which totaled $144,400 in support of nearly two dozen members of Congress, was disclosed Tuesday in filings to the Federal Election Commission.
