One of the worst Secretaries of State the US has suffered, the Bush prote'ge' Condoleezza Rice, says anyone unfortunate enough to be taken captive by US forces or intelligence people can expect nothing but the direst conditions, indefinite confinement without charge and without legal representation, and ? oh joy ? methods of interrogation that "have been deemed not to cause significant physical or psychological harm."
