Who is Dawood Ibrahim & Did He Do Mumbai?

The NEWS of Pakistan, in an article by Ayesha Ijaz Khan, is picking up on Wayne Madsen's thread that Dawood Ibrahim, the "King of Karachi", a leading fugitive-from-India gangster, who has, according to Madsen, been utilized by the ISI & the CIA in the past, may have masterminded the Mumbai Massacre as a deadly message to rivals in the Underworld & to India and the CIA. Time for OpEdNews and the media to look at Ibrahim.
