Russia is against Ukraine joining NATO,which would only aggravate Moscow?s already enflamed relations with the transatlantic alliance, Andrey Vdovin, Russia?s Ambassador to Greece, said. Cheney?s diplomatic skills are not famous. ?And the fact that that US Vice President Cheney is going there, well that brings some very serious thoughts to mind that are no grounds for optimism.
