CIA Veteran Rips Agency, Tests Limits of Right to Publish Without Permission

Ishmael Jones is his pseudonym. He retired from the CIA and claims the book has no classified information. Motive to write was to outline the current mis-management of the agency. Knows there are risks to himself. Does not use his own name because of past clandestine activity which could put others at risk.
