| This is a great piece that I found in the Asia Times (it could never be found in the U.S.) about the inevitable Republican exploitation of the Vietnam War for political gain yet again. With John McCain's mythical storyline as a 'war hero' making him somehow beyond reproach the GOP is going to once again rip off the scab from this tragic national wound and rub salt into it for political gain while the country wastes away. |
