Russia-Georgia tensions escalate over breakaway republic

Russia and Georgia are in dispute over a republic which broke away from Georgia. Current issue is that Georgia is flying surveillance craft over the area. The issue has been active since the late 90s. With a new head of state in Russia being inaugurated, comes the chance to have a military parade to show her strength. US has weighed in.
