| Most aid is private in Afghanistan, and the amount is not adequate, sometimes not well utilized. Only 10% of the territory is considered unsafe. Some Afghan officials wish less Nato forces, with those there to train locals (Afghanization). There will be a meeting in Bucharest next week. Which NATO countries are doing what is discussed. |
