The US House Committee on Education and Labor, Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor and Pensions held a hearing September 5 on HR 2015, the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA), that would ban discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity in most workplaces.
