Imagine if Repubs risked jail for making misleading robocalls in Philadelphia or Cleveland,Houston, Miami or Albuquerque,or for telling citizens they'd be arrested for voting if they were behind on their rent. Imagine if they ran this risk whether or not the federal government intervened.The stronger the local laws, the more they could set a federal standard.The recent election has created an opportunity to protect the vote
