Who would have known that Denny Hastert would have assumed such a high profile since the original three "Scoop" stories on election challenge in the Busby Bilbray CA 50th Congressional District. Now we have another example of
Hastert's standards - a "safe harbor"for Rep. Mark Foley and "you're on your own" to the Congressional Pages and other adolescents of the world.
