| This law will create a frustrating, bureaucratic nightmare for low-income people,people of color,the elderly and the young (populations with historic low voter turnout) before they can even enter the voting booth. Only 25% of adults over age 18 have a passport; not only is there a significant cost associated with obtaining a passport,there is an additional cost in time and money to obtain all supporting documents. |
