Pima County (AZ) voters must know with absolute certainty that the county is providing a secure voting system. If the county cannot promise that, the supervisors should not allow the touch-screen machines to be used.
If voters lose confidence in the accuracy of vote-counting, the entire electoral system will be irreparably harmed. |
