The 21st Century Declaration of Independence: How America Can Become a Good Example to the World

How will Americans come together as one people? How will the states be united? How will religions and races be reconciled? How will the government be reformed so that it promotes the general welfare and ensures domestic tranquility by establishing equal rights and opportunities and justice for all the people?

Ultimately the answer lies within us, but it will help tremendously if we study the words written by America's Founders, because they not only provided a brilliant vision and precedent. They also provided us with a tool in Article 5 of the Constitution so that we can legally, peacefully and comprehensively alter and reform our government, which they knew we would need to do.
