| In case you are not reading, in your local papers, about the activism of parents in NYC, this explains the truth. "Parents and students rallied against the state tests at dozens of schools across NYC unassuaged by State Commissioner John King's claims that the tests were better this year and consumed less than 1% of the year. Little children that had sat for three hours of reading tests did not take comfort in his words, and parents demanded transparency, but King packaged the same propaganda spin, calling the efforts: ??noise ? and ??drama based on misinformation; he insisted that the state had worked to reduce testing time.
