| A Navy senior chief based at Naval Base Kitsap has been dishonorably discharged for sexual abuse and other violations, according to a Naval Region Northwest spokesman. James D. Thomas, a culinary specialist, was tried and convicted in a military court-martial for two counts of wrongful sexual contact, three counts of unlawful striking, touching or grabbing and two counts of violating the Navy's sexual harassment policy, said Navy spokesman Dale Davis. |
